    1.  What are some important points to remember when listening to someone
         a.  for information
         b.  to help them to work through a problem

    2.  Analyze yourself in relation to how you listen to someone:
         a.  Do you take the time to listen?
         b.  Are you preoccupied?
         c.  Do you practice selective listening; ambushing etc.
         d.  What can you do to eliminate some of these problems?

    3.  In this relationship, analyze the effect of differenct nonverbal behaviors when listening?
         a.  How does this affect your listening?
         b.  What can you do to change this?

CULTURE

    1.  What are some important points to remember when listening to someone from another
         culture for information and to help.

    2.  Analyze yourself in relation to how you listen to someone from another culture -- do you take
         the time to listen?
         a.  Do you tend not to talk to the person because it is too difficult to understand?
         b.  What can you do to change these problems?

    3.  Does the culture you have chosen to analyze have a different nonverbal behavior in
         listening?
