Portfolio due April 24 – Begin working on

Possible portfolio questions can be found at the website under
Portfolio. Questions are posted for each chapter. Oral Reports begin on research papers during
the following weeks. A few will be given
at each class period. Students will
volunteer as to date of delivery. You
must have handed-in a research paper to present an oral report.
Week 12

Finish Listening. Take-home quiz given out.

Quiz 8, chapter 8 This is a take-home paper that will also
qualify as the chapter 8 for the portfolio.
Assignment: Read chapter 9 and 10. There will be no in-class quiz for these chapters. The material will be included in the final exam.
Week 13 April 15-17
Finish chapter 8, begin chapter 9, Improving
Communication Climates
Personal Portfolio of Reflective Essays due
on April 24 which includes Intimacy paper for Chapter 8 quiz. Directions in syllabus and on website.
Week 14
April 24-26
Discussion of Chapter 9. Portfolio due April 24. Five points assessed for each day late.
Week 15

Finish discussions of chapters 9 and chapter
10
Final Exam is Tuesday, May 6 at 12:30 pm in
the regular classroom.
You are exempt from
the final if you haven’t been absent or tardy for the semester.
