1.  Should you anticipate any problems with your presentations due to time or timing?

2.  What should you consider about the physical setting where you will be speaking?  How might
     the  size of the room or the availability of special equipment effect your presentation?

3.  How might audience expectations for this particular occasion effect your presentation?

4.  Is there any late-breaking news that might effect the way your audience perceives your topic?

5.  Is there a good chance that other speakers might address this topic before you?  If so, how
     would you adjust to it?

6.  How large and diverse is your audience?  Who is your primary audience?  How might this relate
     to your preparation and presentation?
