Pricing and Payment
Price for Individual Youth is $135.  Parent, youth leader or chaperone is $45.  Limited financial aid is available.

The high demand for youth conferences and the need for advance planning require a definite commitment from participants.  For this reason, all payments are non-refundable.  We are not able to reduce registration fees for those unable to attend all conference days or sessions.

Check-in
On-site check-in will begin June 22 at 3:00 p.m. at Holy Cross College. 

Meals
Meals will be provided from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast.

Housing
Most youth participants will sleep on the floor. A sleeping bag, pillow, etc. are required; air mattress if desired.  Men and women will be housed separately.  Showers will be available.

Adult participants will sleep in single (twin) beds. Bring sheets, pillow and blanket.

Special Needs
If you have special needs, please include a note with your registration and we will try to meet your need.  A conference staffer will contact you if you need to talk to someone.

Attention Groups/ Youth Ministers
All groups of more than 8 youths must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.
