Dear Participant,

The Holy Cross College Catholic Youth Conference was initiated two years ago to provide Catholic high school kids with a positive and dynamic experience of God’s love and Christian fellowship. By all accounts, they have been a tremendous success. This year, we are very excited to have Fr. Larry Richards of Our Reason for Our Hope as our main speaker. Because of our success within the last two years and because of Fr. Larry’s dynamic presence, we are expecting an increase in the number of participants, but we are still committed to retaining the intimacy that comes with a smaller size.

Responding to the call of Pope John Paul II for a “New Evangelization”, we hope this conference will inspire and excite the young people who attend.  Because we see a great need in the world for families who support and nurture the faith, we invite parents to attend as well. Our style is both modern and traditional, contemporary and timeless. Our longstanding tradition in Catholic education, our considerable experience in youth ministry, our lineup of dynamic speakers, our neat little campus, and our location right across the lake from the famous University of Notre Dame join together to make for a very enticing event.

Because it is the “source and summit” of our Catholic faith, the Holy Eucharist will be the source and summit of our weekend together as we explore Matthew 6 - to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.

We have made every effort to make this weekend both affordable and of very high quality. We hope that you will join us this year and keep returning with new groups of young people for years to come.
